1.3 Customer Data

Customers may upload or transmit data through the Service ("Customer Data"). Atlacis processes Customer Data solely to provide the Service and in accordance with the Customer's instructions. The Customer is the data controller for Customer Data; Atlacis acts as a data processor.

Customer Data is available for export for thirty (30) days following termination unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Atlacis implements technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
