This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how ATLACIS SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES LLC (“Atlacis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Atlacis platform and website (collectively, the “Service”).

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: name, email address, company name, job title, and phone number provided during registration or demo requests.
• Billing information: payment method details processed by our third-party payment processor. Atlacis does not store full credit card numbers.
• Communications: messages, support tickets, and correspondence you send to us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and interactions within the Service.
• Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Cookies and similar technologies: as described in our Cookie Notice at /legal/cookies.

1.3 Customer Data

Customers may upload or transmit data through the Service (“Customer Data”). Atlacis processes Customer Data solely to provide the Service and in accordance with the Customer’s instructions. The Customer is the data controller for Customer Data; Atlacis acts as a data processor.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Process transactions and manage your account.
• Communicate with you about the Service, updates, and support.
• Improve the Service, develop new features, and conduct analytics.
• Detect, prevent, and address security issues, fraud, or technical problems.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

Atlacis does not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers: third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics). See our Subprocessors list at /legal/subprocessors.
• Legal compliance: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice where required.
• With your consent: when you explicitly authorize sharing.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account termination, we retain data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer Data is available for export for thirty (30) days following termination.

5. Data Security

Atlacis implements technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security assessments. See our Security Overview at /legal/security for additional details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Request data portability.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
