How does usage-based pricing work?
You fund a prepaid balance. Each case processed — returns, abuse flags, evidence packs — draws from it. When it's low, top up. No seat fees, no monthly minimums.
What counts as a unit?
One unit = one case through a workflow. A return evaluation, abuse score, or evidence pack each draw from your balance. Multi-item disputes may use additional units.
Can I start with one workflow?
Yes. Pilot is designed for this — pick one workflow, evaluate, then expand to Growth or Scale when ready.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Balance size is set after your demo based on volume. No long-term lock-in contracts.
What happens when my balance runs out?
You get notified when it's low. Cases continue until zero, then new cases queue until you top up. No data lost.
Volume discounts?
Yes. Unit cost decreases at higher tiers. Contact sales for a custom quote.
What integrations are included?
